Request For Proposals (RFP) For A Variety Of Consulting, Design, Equipment Systems, Installation And Operation Services Pertaining To Commercial-Scale Algae Production Processing Plants At Four Separate Locations In The United States

CBO is seeking to build a team that will assist local entrepreneurs and agencies with all aspects of developing commercial scale algae production and processing facilities. Initial feasibility analysis is being focused on four locations; the goals of these projects are to help renewable technologies and businesses thrive within low income communities while providing educational, environmental and economic benefits to local residents.

CBO Financial will be exhibiting as Booth #117 at the upcoming 2011 ABO Algae Biomass Summit on October 24 - 27, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This RFP announcement will be readily available and team members will be able to further discuss this project at that time.

A New Markets Tax Credit Opportunity For The Redevelopment Of A Vacant Property Located In Buffalo, NY

Due By November 7, 2011 At 4:00 PM EST

This RFP is to solicit responses regarding the renovation and redevelopment of a property which includes a building of approximately 100,000 sq. ft. on 5.25 acres located at 998 South Broadway in the Fillmore District of Buffalo, NY. As part of a New Market Tax Credit opportunity, 40,000 sq. ft. of the existing building will be annexed for a sustainable career and technology center. The center will be an educational and employment resource for the community. This RFP seeks innovative approaches to the redevelopment of the remaining 60,000 sq. ft. of the building and two-plus acre parking lot.
