For example, the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG) provides investments to empower local communities to achieve energy independence. Eligible activities range from transportation programs to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. One of the grants successfully secured by our team's strategic proposals was on behalf of a public library. Because of this award, the library is in the process of increasing its energy efficiency and bettering the visitor experience through the addition of solar panels, HVAC improvements and new electrical and lighting.

We also confidently pursue Capital Magnet Fund (CMF) grants for qualified nonprofit organizations and certified and pending Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI). Used to finance affordable housing, fund related development activities, and support community service facilities such as day care centers, workforce development centers, and health care clinics, CMF awards can revitalize blighted areas virtually overnight, implementing a concerted strategy to stabilize low-income and underserved rural areas.
